Having "balls" seems to mean a lot more than it once did and both men AND women can have balls.  We're obviously not talking about testicles here... so what is "balls"?  And, why is having them such a good thing nowadays?

I studied classical conditioning and neuro-linguistic programming.  I studied self-hypnosis.  I read everything I could get my hands on so I wouldn't feel the way I was feeling.  I wanted something different.  I knew I was the one that had to make the change.  I realized I was in control of my own destiny.  I made the necessary changes.  And, I learned some things along the way.

I learned that it takes "balls" to change your life.

It takes balls to place yourself in a position where you can fail and other people will notice.
